This is a non-commercial King wing car track (Gerding G16) on private property that seemingly holds monthly races.
Owner is Bill Frost and BTW the 'BS' stands for Blind Squirrel.

I presume this is the track that was (abruptly) removed from Dallas Slot Cars.
