Greetings,

Did some digging around and found my Monogram Lotus 33 and Ferrari 158 cars.  The Lotus is all decked out in original pieces parts but the Ferrari only has the front A arms, windshield and mirrors.  Looking to restore with the rear stuffs, gear box, tail pipes etc and wheel inserts.

I did some googling and I found this google album that has some shots of what looks like repro parts but no other links other than the pictures themselves:

Does anyone have any information that could help me out?  There's an auction on eBay that has some of what I could use but I don't want to shell out 150 clams for a set of chrome parts, especially if it's missing three of the four inserts!

Thanks in advance,

Mike

PS:  Here is the photo that grabbed my eye:

There should be a market.  I can use a set for most of my vintage cars as well.  alcad paint does wonders on cast resin and 3D parts.

Fellas,

Found a guy in Australia or New Zealand over on the other Forum that does the parts.  Not sure if he wants me advertising for him but his handle is slotcarcol.  Very nice guy to talk to and prices very reasonable, especially the shipping from 12 light years away.

I'll let you know how I make out once the parts get here and post a pic of the car post resto.

Col's stuff is the best, and he is a great guy.

You won't be disappointed.

That link you posted is his, but I guess you knew that.

Yep, I've gotten some parts from Col and they are top quality - but I don't see any link.

Some of the parts are also sold in the States by bradblohm on ebay - also excellent quality.

I have some original parts listed for the Monogram Lotus 33 GP including the hard to find gearbox currently listed on Ebay if anyone is looking for those.
