Braid depth on the BPR King?

I've done a search a couple of different ways on Slotblog. I've come up with .003" to .008". Is this the consensus?

I set up my cars using a block with a .010" guide depth cut-out so yes, the King track braid is not too deep.

also, have a "kick-up' on the guide angle. the car is more stable that way
