I have been looking for a replacement motor for our Mini Brute class, and I located this on the net.

Made in north Korea, this slot car motor has a long shaft on both ends, the RPM is listed as 425
so gearing may be a problem.

I intend to get some and try them out before I make the final pick.

It's a surveillance device disguised as a slot car motor - be careful.

We may have to modify the body rules slightly, but it looks like a possibility...

Associated Hired Man hit and miss engine. I have one!  1-1/2 HP I think. Not well suited for a slot car. But I could sit and listen to it all day. Love me some hit and miss engines.

I know of a local guy who uses a hit and miss engine to power his ice cream making machine. He often takes it to the county fairs.

But it isn't, Billy.

Are you suggesting you can't tell them apart?

How is the MB in stock, Tim? Both distributors I deal with were out of them a week or so ago.

Hi, we did run out of the test run (sorry) as it sold better than we anticipated but we have been fully stocked now for a over a week.

I've already shipped to the distributors so they should already be in stock with them, or will be very soon.

We used these in our 4 hour Jail Door enduro last month. All 6 cars had no motor issues and plenty of brushes left. Great motors!
