These are the bodies we used in my Proxy series, 4 or 5 years ago.
 
I get an occasional request for them, so I went ahead and got some more pulled.
 
.010" polycarbonate

What chassis do you put those on?

They were scratchbuilt.

 

That was the point of the series.

 

They will fit on a Retro F1 chassis in a pinch, but to look right, you want about a 3.875" WB, and a short, .300" GL.

I don't remember that being the case.

 

If you are comparing them to a Retro F1, maybe a little harder.

 

They had Falcon II's in them for the proxy.

There was a thread on these somewhere in this forum about these proxy cars, but I can't remember what it was called.

Mine still runs good.  We need a second series for these.  Really would like to run these on the South Bend and Naperville ovals.
