Yes, it's a 36D.
99% sure it's not Champion.
It doesn't say Garvic on the bottom, on the droparm?

I have one of those that I got from my west coast cousin. Severely mangled from flying out a raceway door
and out onto the sidewalk where it was stepped on by a passer-by. It is Gar-Vic. I haven't looked at it in about
50 years, but I seem to remember that it was gold anodized aluminum. Another competitor to the Champion
and Classic Manta Ray chassis.
