I got this in an eBay lot, it runs great on my track! Anyone know what it is?

Parma Flexi 5 with Pro Slot 16D. Not a terrible chassis, but it never went over that well.

Agreed, and I never could get one to work work a damn.

Anybody looking for one of these? I have the world's flattest F5 sitting on my desk. It took longer to get perfectly flat than any chassis I ever worked on, I guess because of the metal because it kept springing back for days...

And when I say flat, if you polished the bottom of this chassis, you could use it as a mirror. It's close now...

They work better with the bite bar cut shorter then solder it so it doesn't move. They could be made fast, just a lot of work

Super narrow tires was the best plan for me with one. They were fast on my oval.

I tested with one before. Actually was able to get it to handle great. I just couldn't match the lap times of the JK reverse pan C7s at the time. Weight hurt the P5.

If you could change your driving style up enough to suit its characteristics, it was capable of being a pretty quick car. Found the car responded really well to sending it in really deep on corner entry.

The thing I disliked the most was that in a hard enough hit, the tips of the pans tend to pull out of the tabs on the front wings

I agree with all the above.

It worked fine on my King.

I think by the time I got the Flat Track built, the JK C11 had come out.

Cheater, sorry to hear you had such a rough go with the F-5.

I picked up one several years ago as a result of a raffle and, to be honest, it was the fastest chassis in my box for quite a while -- until I discovered the C-11. Oddly enough, my F-5 was flat out of the package and handled great. I still pull it out for occasional weekly races.
