The Florida Slot Car Series' 4th event in 2017 was held in Melbourne, Florida. On the behalf of the slot car racers, I want to thank Bill Pinch for hosting the 4th round. At this event, we ran 4" NASCAR, JK LMP and GTP. The group 2 NASCAR race was held on Bill's short oval, while all other races were held on the hillclimb.

GTP: Since we had only 3 group 2 racers for GTP, it was decided to combined both groups and run an 11 man round robin.

I think that everybody had a great time. There was a lot of close racing in every race. And what is great is that about 9 of the racers got together at Chili's after the race to brag about what we did. Lots of fun!
