In the ProTrack race, the top tier cars were a 57 Chevy (Rich), 65 Ford (James) and another 57 Chevy (Bob). The race for the podium came down to the final heat. James was in the barn with 78.2 laps and Bob was in the barn with 75.7 laps. Rich needed 19+ laps to take the win. That should have been a relatively easy target. Rich came in on red. Richs car seemed to bog in the bow tie turn causing him to lose time. In the end, Rich edged out James for the win by only three sections. Bob was third.
In Dirt Devil, the battle for the top step of the podium was between Jack and Bob. James also had a very good car but suffered from a very poor first heat putting him out of contention. Bob had a few mishaps and problems with traffic blocking his way. Jack cruised to a win with 91.3 laps. Bob was second with 88.2 laps. Rich finished third with 87.6 laps
