The Race Place in Farmingdale NJ will be holding a springtime Hardbody Headlight race on Sunday May 21 2017 starting at 4PM. Open practice at 3pm and tech at 3:45. Entry fee is $ 15.00. This includes 45 minutes of practice/setup time and pit pass. We will be racing on the Red Lightening track on the second floor. One car per driver-one driver per car. Ten minutes on each lane with two minute lane change. Each car must have two operating headlights for the whole race. Any color headlight but red can be used for fun and creative effects. Addition of tail lights adds to the realism but must be red in color if used. A penalty of 20 laps for each heat for any racer that does not have two functioning headlights for more than 5 laps during the heat.
In hopes of getting as many racers to this event there will be a split rule plan in effect.
Either the current Race Place Hardbody OR Speed Zone Hardbody rules may be used (for our friends who might be coming from Mt Holly)
With the only exception being - those following the Speed zone rules are allowed to use a Hawk 25k motor in place of the H&R "blue can" motor if desired.
No other inter-changing of rules allowed.
