It's gonna be 3 weeks since the Zimmerman and this Saturday BPR will feature the usual SCRRA Flat track action!  F1 will begin the day with tech at 10 AM followed by lunch and Can Am.

Jim Fowler said he might make it down if things work out............Hope you can make it Jim! :good:

OK.....looks good. Going into the store this AM to tidy a few things up, then back home to pack and wrench on my stuff. I changed out some motors for TSRs last night but gotta check everything over, finish the motor changeouts, and see what I've got to work with. Throw it together, and paint a couple legal bodies. Unless a safe falls outta the sky and lands on my head, I should be there sometime Thursday.

SOMETHING.................in this herd oughtta work!

Made it!

But.........got in too late yesterday to do much as the LMP guys were all over the place. I tested a bit, but just really never got anywhere. The cars all felt OK but none felt great. I think I need to find about a tenth and a half. Probably the order of business today will be to slow 'em down some to get 'em to hook up better, (or so I can drive 'em better) then try to put some speedies back in.

Welcome Jim!! I find whenever I have extra time for testing--I can tune at least a tenth or two slower over that time!!!  :shok:  :laugh2:  :dash2:

Good time yesterday at BPR's flat track. Lighter than normal turn out, but, fun none the less. Good to see Jim Fowler down this way to mix it up with us. Now, our trusty and hard working reporter will have a report when he can. Thanks a zillion Bryan, as you do a ton to keep this going. We racers appreciate it, believe me. And thanks to Mill for another motor job. These guys at BPR are the best. They keep me in the hunt and to have fun.
