Concerning the need for a 83 mm tech tool, please take note...
Although the FSCS BoD has increased the allowed chassis width, it did not increase the track width, which is still required to be 3.250" maximum, as it has been in the past. If there is a question concerning the width of the chassis itself it will be measured with calipers to verify that it is within the new 83mm (3.268") requirement.

No doubt that a few one-off unofficial tech tools can be made but we are (for now) keeping the track width at 3.250" so all of our racers, and tech guys, don't have to some how make or find a new tech tool.

Thank You FSCS for ruling in favor of the 83 mm rule, and allowing the Mossetti Defender chassis.
