That would probably be NSR. They have been around for a while, and are generally more expensive than Carrera and Ninco.

I did some deeper snooping, it's a Carrera GO, 1/43, 350Z "N project" car. Carrera #61186.

To my knowledge, in 1/32 scale, Ninco were the only manufacturers offering clear chassis cars. Now they have nearly packed up the manufacturing side completely.

NSR was the first to offer clear "Lexan" chassis. I never believed they were Lexan. Several of the Bensenville Bombers tryed them, even buying the RTRs with them at $110. The NSR cars were generally faster out of the box, but some tuning could make most of the cheaper cars just as fast.
 
After closer inspection I see the guide pin rather than the flag. I concur that it is 1/43.
