Thanks, guys, fortunately no need for a wheelchair yet.
I will be at the Pocono Indycar event where our Classic Racing Times group will be demonstrating on track, a multiplicity of oval-racing cars. I am supposed to drive a Lola-Cosworth formerly driven by my friend Roberto Guerrero. That will be some fun!

I have a very good friend who unfortunately, is not as lucky as I am: he is only 56 years old, but victim of a genetic disease as his body is aging prematurely...
He now looks and functions pretty much as a geriatric.
He is a former racing driver with some solid performances especially at the Le Mans 24-hour, and wants to see the "Indy 500" before he can no longer travel.

He will be traveling with his son (himself a racing driver) and a friend who is also involved in the automotive industry. I will be their "guide" and local help. So I already made some arrangements for hotel, bought tickets in Stand B and am looking into transportation in an "accessible" van and other details.

My question of you Indy enthusiasts is, how do I get a police escort from a hotel close to the airport to the Speedway (for a contribution to the Police charities of course)
Does anyone of you "regulars" know?
