Posting from Facebook message:

I have a 145 ft Kingleman track built by Chris Dadds I am needing to sell. It is currently in storage and I am losing my storage space. It has many extras including computer, cars, and controllers.

Wanted $4,000, but will bargain. Must be moved soon!

Call Jeff Hurst at (417) 230-0473.

I believe the track is located in Branson, MO, and that has been confirmed.

Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

Likely this track was new at Phoenix Raceway in Ottawa, IL, in the 1995 timeline.

Is this the track that you're selling?

I'm not the one selling the track but that is the track. I have been in contact with Jeff and the builder Chris Dadds. This is a beautiful track and Jeff is a very easy guy to deal with.

If transportation to Texas wasn't an issue for me, I would have bought this track already. Chris builds works of art and this is one of them.

We have a 220' at Fastrax. Now is Kingleman the design of the track? I have heard people call them Engleman and Kingleman.

I spoke with Chris Dadds, and this is indeed a Kingleman he built in the late '90s. I actually thought it was a Hillclimb because it resembles the first track Chris ever built. Which happens to be a modified Hillclimb and my father's old track "Indy Mini Speedway."
There is a Silky Bros. Engleman for sale currently on the DFW area Craigslist. Very fun track as well.

A Kingleman is an Engleman with a donut instead of a finger.

What is the difference between a Hillclimb and a Kingleman?

With a Hillclimb, the back straights are stacked, with a Kingleman, they are adjacent.

FWIW, if the pictured track had stacked straights, it would be a Grandstand, because it has a Donut instead of a 90, 180, 90 combination.

I raced on that 10-15 times. Fun track. Maybe you should start a thread about it, Greg.

I raced a couple of years on a normal (not reversed) Kingleman. It was longer than that though. Great track.

Putting the driver's stand on what normally would be the back side was a great idea. Marshalling your car while practicing was a very long walk on the Kingleman I raced on. Not a problem this track. :good:

Silky Bros. Engleman track on Dallas craigslist is a awesome fun track. I thought hard about buying it. It's only an hour away, but the joints are currently molded-in. I'm looking for a track ready to run. But it's worth a post on here.
