Since the topic is tape, I'm curious what everyone uses to keep interiors securely in place.? All recommendations appreciated!

For canams I use a coffee stirrer split end to end placed on the front axle interior is then glued to the stirrer with E6000 ..it swings out of the way installing a motor..also fits very low ..no attachment at rear...
