They stole the elements off of three or four different cars, but man, did they stick them together nicely.

Looks like the Brits are still building cars using parts off the stock shelves. They were real good at that back in the '50s and '60s.

My Elva being one, and Lotus was another. You will find most sports racers of the era used Austin-Healey Sprite and Triumph

front suspensions and steering. That included some USRRC cars and the early Can-Am cars that were developed  from them.

I wish I could still get in and (especially) out of cars like that.

From that view it is reminiscent of a Griffith or TVR.

 

P.S. I like the Dunlop discs, but they should be true center-locks, not bolt-ons with dummy knock-offs.

They are similar. With the V-8, though, they will never get that sound. Pretty hard to beat the sound of a V-12, with

sport cams, running through open pipes.
