Vintage racing rvent! Cars can be vintage 1/32 or modern manufacture 1/32 but all conform to the period of the 1970 LeMans. Racing and concours with a lot of photo opportunities. Should be tremendous fun!
Photo shoots, promotions and practice races will lead to the final event. The day-of event will be run at the Marshall International Raceway (MIR) on the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The MIR is a large 1/32 road course run by the NASA sponsored MSCRAM slot car club.
Remote participation is also encouraged through Facebook posting of photos and text to 'Manta Ray Reunion Slot Car Group'. Select, build, display, and send photos of your entries to the Concours d'Elegance.
The event will be cataloged in a special "Promenade" issue of the Manta Ray Reunion Slot Car Club Newsletter.
