Not sure about 1 and 2 but #3 is a Mura with the "Trinity" hole pattern...

 

#4 is a Mura that was introduced in the mid 90's...and lasted until just about the end...(of all of Mura production)

 

#5 is also a Mura...the immediate predecessor to #4, but after the 2 hole version.

 

6, 7 and 8 are all RJR's...#7 would be the earliest...mid 90's time frame...then #6...with #8 most recent.

 

#9 is a Pro Slot and / or  Champion "X Terminator" from mid 90's

 

#10 is a Koford Feather...
