Just wondering if the powers to be have given any thought as to if this year's R4 will be hand-outs or not. Really would like to know so i could prepare properly.
Don't want this to turn into a debate of hand-outs or no hand-outs just simply trying to figure out if i should be saving what i feel are good motors or not.
