You want decals, or stickers? Many different companies offer all kinds. Decals placed on the outside are going to get scuffed in a crash.
Inside decals may be the answer for you but I'm not sure exactly what you want.
There is no such thing as a decal that "sticks" really well.
Most racers simply use stickers on one race bodies. No racers I know of use decals on the outsides of race bodies, if they want them to last.
Hope I didn't confuse you.

That makes sense now, you want meatball stickers, not decals.
I'd recommend re-titling your thread so people know what you want.
Meatball stickers for race bodies are available in many places.
I made a quickie photo, Samson stickers on the left (he makes them in all colors) and unknown brand on right

Mark, I usually paint the meatballs on the body. Any 3/4" dia. sticker works well for a mask. The ones I'm currently using are sold by Staples, and are pre-printed with typical yard sale prices. The 3/4" size scales out to an 18" meatball. For the numbers, I use 1/2" pre-cut black (or white) vinyl self-stick lettering. The last batch came from Hobby Lobby. It scales out to be 12" tall. Here's how the process looks on my cars:

I get mine from Mike from Chicagoland; he carries the ones with the black outline.
Alpha also carries number decals without the outlines:

Pablo,
The stickers on the right look like the ones Mike Swiss sells. He also has black w/white #'s and also clear backgrounds with white & black #'s /outlines (my preference).

FWIW, I'm long out of all the meatballs, shown in the various posts.
The only thing I have similar is ones like Pablo showed on the right, but in white (white outline and number, clear background).

If you're looking for "meatball" stickers on Patto's site, he calls them "Roundels."
Go to "R" in his Decals menu, and scroll down near the bottom of the page.

Professor Motor also has all kinds of roundel decals and stickers listed under the "MRE" brand on their website. Look for the ones described as "self-stick" or "self adhesive."

Patto's is the worst site I've navigated in a long time.

Then save yourself the aggravation and don't go there. I love Pattos.
Yes, I agree it requires some "getting use to". But it's a great place to shop for some hard to find items.
I think the OP (original poster) found what he was looking for right here in the USA.
Can we leave it at that? If he needs more info, I'm sure he will ask.

So who has some good meatball recipes?

I use the Tom Andersen inside decal method. It is only for acrylic paints and waterslide decals.
A bottle of Faux Glaze only costs a few bucks on Amazon. Some guys use Mod Podge.
When the decal is ready to apply, brush on a film of the glaze a little bigger than the decal.
Apply the decal and position it. Let dry for a few hours. If you are in a rush, blow drying works but don't overheat it.
Once dry, re-coat them, dry, etc. I usually do 3 coats. As Tom said, "You DON'T want paint seeping under them"
If you apply too much it simply runs off - wick it off with a paper towel.
The excess on the outer edges leaves a film when it dries - don't worry about it - it disappears once the paint is applied.
When you spray your first coat of paint, make it as fine and light as possible.
