Are you going to go to the Fall Brawl?

If so, Tom is attending.

He'll be easy to spot.

He'll be the guy walking around with the pillow, with Howie Ursaner's crown on it. :laugh2: :laugh2:

Ill get a shot this weekend of the as made. Plus Ill show what I do to them when I build one of my chassis.

Speedzone has both the 3/4 and the 1 .050 non-hypoid, with precision axle bearing holes in stock.

Inquiring minds want to know: What makes this bracket special/different?

1.050 wide ?

By the rest of Tom's post, which is light on stuff, like apostrophe's, I would translate it to to being the brackets's are 3/4" and 1" wide, and .050" thick.

In defense of him, he's probably pretty distracted, thrashing, at what appears to be most star-studded, Retro race, ever.

These brackets are built tough with a close tolerance bearing hole- no axle tubes needed. Hole size is about a thou bigger than a ball bearing. I recommend a low strength loctite type product to install the bearings. A very flat and square mount for the motor helps cut down issues. As you can see in the picture I do a lot of fiddling on it, its about as close to a strut type rear end as the rules allow.

Mr Swiss is correct, very busy at the Fall Brawl and using my phone to post.
