Parma has located two of the molds for the Lancia Group C Womp body and plans to release it very soon.

In other Parma news, the Thumper chassis is expected to be back in 2018, and possibly a rolling chassis will be back as well. The 501 motor looks to be gone forever, but crown gears will be available soon.

Steve, what 's legal for motors, if 501s are gone? Are the complete AWRA rules published anywhere?

I got a set from Steve's contact above.  While the 16D motors are on the 'general rules' list, each listed class has different options including the JK Hawk mini brute and the H&R Jack Rabbit. Local races should have local motor options and Regional or 'sanctioned' races may want to follow the slow motor guidelines.  It should work better for smaller tracks with the slower motors.

Sorry for the delay in answering. The ProSlot 4000 and 4001 are legal in the classes where the 501 is legal. You can get the new 2018 rules at https://www.facebook...18121901759886/

or at

or my email at awrainfo@yahoo.com
