MMW will open at 11 AM on Friday 12/8/2017 for test and tune for the ORS race on Sat.

Motor rule clarification JK Retro Hawk 7R motors are the only motor allowed in Can-Am an F1 classes. Some confusion has happened since the R4 is letting any RH run.

Race 4 of the 2017/18 ORS/KOR season took place on 12/9/2017 at Marks Model World in Canton. 10 Retro Anglewinder,, 23 Can-Am, and 19 F-1 racers braved the first cold blast of winter to race. The track was well prepped, lunch is second to none and Mark,Eric Balicki,Rick Starkey, and Tom Espinosa kept things moving along and we were wrapped up by 7 PM.

First up a 10 man round robin for ORS/KOR Retro Anglewinder, Rick Bennardo Jr. turned high lap total in all lanes and fastest time at 4.006 to win with a total 0f 229, 2nd Rick Starkey who was hit by almost every body else at 220.11 with Ralph Middaugh finishing a close third at 220.01. Concours was Rick Starkey. Jeff Middaugh, Ralph Middaugh, 1 to 3.

Next Qualifying for Can-Am and F1

Can Am TQ went to Will Custer at 4.172, 2nd Mike Raisin Garrett 4.244, 3rd 4.276 turned by Rick B Jr. Concours 1,2,3 Jason Dennis,Scott Lemon, Earl Graybill.

F1 TQ Will Custer again 4.326, Dave Shadow Simerka 4.404 and Rick B Jr. 4.436. Concours 1.2.3. Earl Graybill.

Can-Am race didn't have printout for each heat so heat winners only listed, C main Earl Graybill wins with 296 total, B main Scot Lemon 314 good enough for 6th overall, A main winner Jason Dennis 323.15, 3 sections back Will Custer 323.12, and rounding out top 3 Al Rutti 319.03 using his last good motor!

F-1 final race of the day C main winner Jason Echelbarger 298.08, B main Al Rutti 303.10 good enough for 5th overall and A-Main winner Will Custer 316.11, 2nd Rick B Jr. 312.10, Jeff Middaugh 307.04.
