Bought this on eBay. It needs a little work but was described as a 1/24 body. Looks like a Ferrari of some type to me but would like a more experienced opinion. Thanks in advance.

Are you going to back pour this and re-pop it?

1962-64 Ferrari GTO.
Probably the second most desirable Ferrari of all time!

250 GTO.

Some have only two vents on the side.

Yours looks pretty close to this particular one:

Thanks, everybody. Another outside source also confirmed it as a '62 Ferrari 250 GTO. Follow us on Facebook for the release of this body and others. We continue to search for bodies in need of replicating. The vintage style cars are something new for us and we only have a few. But there are so many yet to do.

Thanks again everybody for your help.

Looking forward to seeing some of your vintage re-pops, Brian. I have seen the Womp bodies you have and they look good.

Many, many years ago I was driving out of Charleston, SC, when a dull red GTO went by. Imagine having one of these as your daily driver!

You asked to see when it was completed, so here it is. I think I got pretty close. A clear body will come with the paint mask shown in the above photos.

No big deal, but the little scoops at the back of the hood are suppose to be clear.

Nice looking piece!

Judging from the pic of the 1:1, so should the three at the front.  BTW, nice re-pop!

Thank you for the nice comments. This picture is representative of the detail we offer with our paint mask for the average painter. If a racer wishes to take it one step further, this makes it easier for him while still leaving room for the exceptional painters to excel.
