WOW!  Sign me up for the next event, NOW!!  Awesome looking group of Thingies.  I only wish that I could have attended this event, I think this is the "slot" I can enjoy participating in.  Fun, jokes, smiles, sounds like the good ole days to me!  Good job on getting this event organised.  I think you better get geared up for an even larger turnout at the next event.

Google Maps says 187 miles to get to Lincoln Park, Michigan.  Seems do-able!

Yes, that is the plan.  Probably not as late as December, however.

Hey Paul and Eliot,

If you think you will schedule the 2018 Shinoda/Thingie meeting earlier than December please keep in mind other vintage swap meets/races taking place.  I know it also has to work into JB's schedule, and yours, and ...  Anyway, I'm trying to get all known slot car swap meets listed and make it available.  To my knowledge there isn't a calendar function here, just a Race Announcements forum.  Would be nice if we could sort it chronologically, but...  Also thinking about a Facebook page or even my own webpage to list them all (did it years ago).  At least we could link to that from here.  If possible I want to play, and I'll have running cars next time!
