... while you are building your cars?

I like blues rock. I listen to American internet radio stations like 1.fm blues or bellyup4blues.

And German satirical politic broadcasts.

Schöne Grüße (Kind regards)

Gotta have tunes coming out of the big-mother sound system while I’m finger burning…

When not playing from the personal music library, I’ll stream 3WK.

Independent. Not corporate. Underground. Not your cookie-cutter repetitive pop-mainstream-rock playlist. Three streams to choose from: '60/70s rock, '80/90s rock, and contemporary indie rock. I mostly listen to the new indie stuff, since I already know all the '60s to '90s stuff… always nice to find something new…

Hi Rick  :D

This Alice Cooper tune will keep me building almost all night long:

Especially meaningful to those who like to play with lighter fluid, soldering guns, volatile fluids, spray chemical cleaners, etc.

Please be careful and live another day, cheat death every chance you get.

About the only time I listen is in the car.  Sometimes I will pull up stuff on Youtube and

Allman Brothers

Eric Clapton

Bob Seger

A few other blues cats

Allman Brothers

Eric Clapton

Bob Seger

Occasionally Skynyrd

Allman Brothers    I have been in deep with their music since 1970.

Gregg Allman's last Album is a nice last gift from him.   Got a lot of steel guitar and a more southern/blues/country sound. but he picked great songs for his last recordings.

I will listen to oldies on the radio occasionally

While I am partial to the dead 'Alberts' - Albert King and Albert Collins,  I usually tune in to WDCB-FM (WDCB.org) for a mix of jazz and blues to keep the eyes focused on the workbench.

Wow cool! I did not expect so many answers 😀. And most of the music mentioned I like too. So slot car racers have more common interests 😀👍.

I did not know the slot car songs! Very funny.

While overhauling my Eurosport Group 12 motor, which was in use during Thursday's race, I'm listening to Joe Bonamassa.

Besides Blues in all it's facets, from Sonny Terry to ZZ Top, I also listen to completely different music: Prog Rock. But this kind of music takes my concentration away from the tools on my workbench.

You like an example? Listen to this instrumental version of King Crimson's Epitaph
