Does anyone know if there are decals and or stickers that you apply from the inside?

Most 'DECALS' can be applied to the inside by using a clear paint as an adhesive to bond them. Coat over them with the clear before applying your color coats to make them stronger.

Pablo, who posts on here,is very experienced placing decals on the inside of bodies before they're painted.

Decals that Bruce Patto sells can be installed on the inside of clear bodies.

He has 2 types;
Peel and Stick, or
Regular water slide.

You have to let him know which type you want, and request that they be reverse printed for the inside of clear bodies.

Patto has a huge range, in many scales, but finding the correct decal can be a challenge due to his naming protocol.
