Current stepper motors are 178.4oz in which means I will be using an 3mm end mill to cut aluminum. The plan is to upgrade the x and y motors to 425oz in which will allow me to use 10-12mm end mills though based upon what i am making 6-8mm will be better suited. This will also allow me to use more reasonable feeds and speeds.

The modification will require an upgraded controller.

Before I spend a lot of money on a compressor I don't need I will try this pump first. The advantage of the pump is that it is made to be run continuously and it's a lot smaller of course..

Cooling system for CNC Mill enclosure will "require" intake and exhaust fans. I'll be using 6 fans in total with one controller and wired probe.

i'm replacing one support that was dinged in shipping and it should arive next week. i sent specs for a custom t-slot table and waiting for a quote. I need to install the t-slot table and calibrate the x-axis when it is done. I had a couple of steel brackets made to provide magnetic attechment points for my kool mist nozzle and the dial indicator for my calibration.
