been several cards of 6 on epay lately for a starting price of $20.00. seem to have had very few bids.

 

imo indicating not overly rare.

A really fun early 70's "PRO" style slot cars using the Mura 2-hole C-can motors.

 

The endbell is what usually gets trashed.

 

A new endbell with cleaned up hardware and can from a trashed old motor is all it takes vintage motor-wise.

 

Modern arm, magnets, brushes and springs slip right in. You can even doll them up with elephant ear heat sinks and comm coolers that pop up on eBay.

Those old Mura endbells are junk.

 

You should send them to John Havlicek so he can "Dispose" of them properly and responsibly. He may even pay the postage to get them to him.
