Just to make sure no one has a myocardial infarction, here's fair warning that I am coming to race at least a couple of classes. LOL.

Pablo's sent me a couple of great-looking cars for the R4 but Tommy's offered to put me on his team so I won't have have to risk the Pablo cars before Ohio. Thanks, Tommy!

I definitely need some trigger time and hope there's enough racers show up so that I won't have to run in the A Main and stink it up...

If everyone shows we could have a fast bunch for this one. That's ok Cheater you and I can run the B.

Am I correct that Barnes said he could not make it this month?

Sorry, not going to make it. Ya'll don't deserve what I have. Good looks, sparkling personality, and the flu.

Was looking forward to seeing everyone.

You may have the flu but the other two I am not so sure about.

Get well soon. We will race on without you.

Sparking personality?

You're not the Red I know. Who are you? Another hijacked account, methinks...

Cheater acts like he's all concerned 'n whatnot.

But I know deep down he's sitting in a dark corner wringing his hands in delight exclaiming to himself:

"I just moved up a spot, I just moved up a spot." :dance3:

Good luck and good karma to you. You'll remember how much fun it is having a night out at the racetrack.

So, Greg, did you have fun? I know I did!

There was a lot of close racing all day, and a big thank you to everyone who came to watch, corner marshal, and even volunteer race director, Ralph Thorne! (who did a fantastic job IMO).

I always have fun when I go slot racing, unless I destroy the car.

And, thankfully, I didn't tear up the really good Can-Am Tommy Flythe let me run. As long as it has been since I last raced, eighth out of eleven wasn't too bad at  all. Still working on getting the rust off my trigger finger.

Like I heard numerous racers say, this was some really good, close Retro racing.

Tommy is one of the nicest guys I know, he will give his fastest car to a competitor, if he thinks it would help them out. Thanks, Tommy, for being one of the good guys!

Had a blast yesterday, havent been on a hill climb in many years, wish I had not been so rusty, the guys beside me would have done better, but once a year racing just doesnt keep you in shape, maybe now that I am semi-retired I can get up to Marietta more. Thanks for all the volunteers and the great racers, good to see you guys again.
