I dug a comm lathe out the other day. I didn't think I still had one, but it turns out I do!
No drive belt though. Anyone have any idea what size it needs?

Put an arm in it wrap a string around the pulley & arm stack. Use a sharpie to put a dot on the string that transfers to the over lapping piece of string, stretch it out measure length & divide by 3.14. Then go a little shorter as you want some tension. Usually a good hardware store plumbing section has them. Pulley is probably set up for 3/32 dia but no worries as they are less than $1 each.

I have a 3/32" X 1-3/16"OD with mine. Anything close should work.

Harbor freight sales a large box with about 20 different sizes, one will fit the drive on your lathe, and some of the others can be used for front wheel O rings
