     A nice collection...

starting with a Champion C can and end bell with a mighty 20/24.  Timing is (*as almost always) kept moderate

...and a PS minican with a 65/30 wound on the stock blank and com

...and another PS minican with a 65/30 on a new blank and com

...and last-but-not-least a modern Mabuchi fk, shortened to "Hawk" length, with two "Mura-style" holes, a modified to fit PS end bell with the bushing keyed-in-place and the hoods (*PS C can hardware) spaced above the plastic, sporting a 50/29.  This is basically a G12, but with the stack a lam or two longer than .350" and (again) the timing kept moderate.

Thanks John...I like to mix it up.  Keeps things interesting.  With the minicans, a #30 wind really isn't all that "mild", at least in vintage terms.  People have requested them in all sorts of variations...all the way down to 50 turns, and sometimes with higher timing.  On the "kray-zee" side, I've done some Hawks as hot as #26 wire (!?), but with replacement coms and stacks of course.  More than a few have gone out with #27 and #28 wire too, but the little can motors get "abused" in all sorts of ways.  Just look at the aftermarket arms for these things.  *I don't know what wind a "Puppy Dog" arm is, but those run nice too, and I think they're a #31!

That's what I "figgered" Pablo :), and there's not much of it on there in terms of turns!
