Some years ago I inherited this ancient Barry Magee chassis which is in good shape.
If I was to recreate a period car using this chassis, which motor, body, gears, wheels etc would i have to use ??
How old is and does any of you guys have pics of similar period cars I could use as a reference ??

Mid-70's. Motor - CCW (at EB) "C" can motor, can drive.

Metal gears, 64 pitch, 3/32 axle. Body would be determined by width, WB, and GL.

Jet Flag or Parma white flag.

Set screw wheels, about .775" wide. Wheel OD is dictated by axle tube height.

1/16 clearance, level front to rear, measured with flag in a non-recessed slot block.

This may help:

Relatively lightweight flexible chassis, PC board center, looks like double .055" main rails, probably made for light or spray glue after the Tottenham King moved to Wonderland which would place it late Seventies or early Eighties.
