Many thanks to the McMaster family and their extended family for again hosting the annual R4 race.  A gathering the slot racing clans looked forward to every year by all the racers.  It is a lot of work to put it on leading up to, during , and after the race.  Much appreciated by this racer and all the others.

Also thanks to all of the sponsors of the lunches, manufacturer race prize donations, and all the racers who travelled long distances to be part of the event.  It all helps to make it extra special.

Already looking forward to next year's race...

My favorite race of the year. Thank you to the McMasters, Balicki, Fulmer, and everyone else who helped make this event possible. Super friendly, super helpful, and tremendously efficient with the amount of entries they get.

The R4 got me hooked on retro and the R4 will keep me racing retro ;)

This 12 months is going to crawl by until the next R4 :)

Being a Mechanical Engineer, I want to say that Mike McMaster and crew has the R4 running like a well oiled machine. The tech inspection, qualifying and the heats all were run seamlessly and efficient. Thank you Mike, Cindi, Jessica, Erick, Bill, etc. Forgive me if I left someone out.

This was, fortunately for me, my 10th R4 in a row.

So many thanks to Mike, Cindy, Jessica, Kyle, Eric, Bill, Jason and Tina for all of their hard work, and the obvious love they all display for this event and all the racers.

Special thanks to all those who were so patient working around my physical issues and helping out. Extra special thanks to my best friend Steve Deiters, for bringing me back and forth to the races and all the little things he does unasked to help me to be able to enjoy this hobby to the best of my declining abilities. You're the best!

Finally, it was great to see old friends and to make some new friends as well.

God willing, I plan on being at the R4/12 next year, and I can't hardly wait. May God bless you all, and I hope to see you all next year. Take care.

Another R-4 in the history books with great racing. As usual the whole TTH crew did a great job in making all run smoothly, Cindy, Jessica, Tina, Mike, Eric, Kyle, Jason, Rick Starkey ( new record holder for getting bounced in tech)and the Boss Avery made it enjoyable for all who attended. Eric Balicki getting the Mac Award was a pleasant surprise and well deserved! Also the news that it will be held same time and place next year maybe we can talk Mike Patterson into doing another of his great posters.

Ditto Bill............Tom Thumb was always one of my favorite places to race back in the 80's and now that I am back at it that hasn't changed.

Thanks to the McMasters and crew for putting on another great R4. This race is such a great event. Between catching up with so many people you see once a year and the intensity of the racing, its a lot of fun.

It was absolutely awesome seeing Gil and Jimmy get their first wins, and Willy was bad fast in GTC.

Thanks to everyone who ran cars of mine, it makes me happier every year that I get new people wanting cars to try, you guys are awesome!

Last but not least, thanks to everyone that made the race possible for me, Parma, DHMI, Precision Slot Cars, and for Joe Ligouri and Greg Krumnow for keeping me in check lol
