Time frame TBD by Billy but I’d recommend lunchtime.
I’ll volunteer for the Subway run if Shirley agrees to Race Direct.
Entry fee: $5
 
Rules:
Body must be a painted 1/24 Go-Kart.
Concours to be judged by Pablo and Red.
Front and rear wheel max widths 3 1/4”
Clearance rear 1/32” with flag in a recessed block. This includes gear.
Motor – no restrictions
Chassis – no restrictions
 
Technical inspection will be conducted by Pablo.
 
Pablo will supply 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers with Ralph Thorne plaques.
1st place also gets a Subway cookie :dance3:

If anybody is considering making a car for this race, I'll tell you this:

A Champion TFlex chassis with a $13 FK type motor will handle great, be plenty fast, and turn consistent laps.

 

I'm sure some of us will run more exotic equipment. Just sayin' a budget simple car could podium "no problemo".

Matter of fact, it could even win you a cookie :yahoo:

I have a Subway credit card. For every $5 I spend there, they add $1 to the card. It doesn't take long to earn free cookies or muffins.
