I have discovered that there is a new commercial raceway in Hanover, PA. The name is Slots of Fun Speedway. I spoke to the owner, and he gave permission for his information and photos to be uploaded to Slotblog.
 
His hours are:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 4 PM-9 PM
Wed: closed
Sat: 12 PM-9 PM (will be closing at 6 PM beginning Mar. 31)
Sun: 12 PM-9 PM
 
The address is: 130 Eisenhower Drive, Hanover, PA 17331.

There is league racing on Sunday, and there appear to be good number of active racers
 
In addition to the main track shown below, there is also a six-lane HO oval, and an HO drag strip.

There have been a couple more changes of ownership, and Raceway name changes for this track.
It is now "Smitty J's Raceway" and features a 135" Grandstand track.
The owner, & racers there are friendly, and very helpful.
