I am drawing a blank on this pair of 5 spoke mag rims. I do not believe that they are Dynamic or Cox. They are 1/24 scale, aluminum and are threaded.

Here you go. They made a few other styles too,Halibrand, Grand sport, Stockers to name a couple. Great looking wheels.
Actually I think what you have are the Grand sport style. The packaging is wrong in the the first pic. These are the correct pics, Grand Sport.
