I have these very thin plastic bodies, definitely not Lancer!
Just who made them?
I can figure out that one of them is a Ford GT40.
The others? Maybe Can-Am?
Thanks!!

Top left in the bottom pic is an Autocoast Ti22, but I don’t know the maker.
I think the top right is a Ferrari Can-Am, but not certain.

Maybe these are Parma bodies?

I don't see the GT40 in any of those!

Bottom left is a Ferrari 512S Pininfarina one-off show car, the right one could maybe a '68 Alfa Romeo Tipo 33.

The lower right body is a Porsche 908. Upper right is a Ferrari 612.
I think all if not most are Lancer. The Ferrari Pininfarina I recall was used on a RTR of the time. Not sure if it was a Riggen or Dynamic but sold quite well at the time.

Not a 908, it's a Mirage M2.

At first I thought it was a Mirage, but the louvers in the rear window had me questioning it. Thanks for the correction.
Great-handling body that was offered through TrueScale at one time in recent slot racing history.

So I thought that the bottom right car was a GT 40 .
Seems that I'm wrong !
Even the Mirage owner thinks his car is a GT 40 ........GULF paint scheme !

The Ferrari Pininnfarina 512 was used by Riggen on the RTR 26D brass pan car. My very first angle winder.
I'd love to buy it from you. I've got my original chassis restored, and have been looking for a body for it!

The Mirage cars were built by John Wyer Engineering, and were sponsored by Gulf Oil Company. The first ones were based on the GT-40's.

The Mirage prototypes were powered by a Weslake V12. I worked on one in the late '70s when Van Pell had it.

Not all Mirages are GT40's but the first Mirage M1 built in 1967 were based on GT40 chassis (unnumbered) and they were the first cars to Race in the West USA (California) Gulf colours (of Wiltshire Oil that Gulf acquired) of powder Blue and Marigold. It was also the first car to use Carbon Fibre strands in its bodywork. One of the Mirages was convert into a Lightweight GT40 for the 1968 season GT40P/1074.
