Help me identify the maker's mark on this chassis, and the other marks, and tell me more about this. Thanks!
I asked on another website, and Ron Hershman remembered a little about 3C, possibly as being from Texas in the late '70s. Can anyone tell me more?

Those marks also could be from tech inspection. The tech inspector would engrave your chassis using some arcane code, thereby ensuring that the chassis could not be swapped out at some point in the race for something better. :D
