Is there a particular LMP body that is more aerodynamic (faster, better handling) than others?

In my limited experience, Red Fox makes an open cockpit Audi and at least one other variation on the open top Audi that has more rear wing than any other LMP I'm familiar with. I believe these are the favored LMP's used by the Buena Park LMP racing group.
In our LMP racing, we have encouraged "any" JK LMP body since these have less wing than the Red Fox and are fairly (in our view) evenly matched. The JK favorites have tended to be: BMW; Storm; Audi 10; Bentley; Mercedes.

It is a Toyota LMP Roger brings in from Argentina.
They have been racing them in their Thursday night flat track LMP class.
We are also considering their use in Open12 class in our monthly ISRA racing series.
I'm not sure if he has any painted ones left. Knowing Roger, if they sold out he will get more!

That RF Toyota that KVP posted is probably state of the art for LMPs right now, although you could also make a case for the RF Audi (Long). The problem with any of the RF bodies is wildly intermittent availability. Because of this factor, many race series choose to ban the sporadically available items in favor of the more readily available stuff.
So........................
If your goal is the very fastest/highest downforce body for your own personal use and without considering general availability or regional or local rules, those RF bodies be them.
OTH.....if you are in search of something that is available and also exhibits quite a bit of parity between models, then possibly the JK's are worth considering. As Mark mentioned, they are all so similar in performance, that there becomes less of a necessity to have "THE ONE"

LMP/GT-1 bodies for at least the past 15 years have had a measured "STEP' not a 'scoop' or curved tail. GTP has a scoop AND side dams behind the driver area.
