It happens because you're holding your phone wrong for taking pics.
If you're using an iPhone, hold the phone with the long axis horizontal, so that you push the button with your left hand.
Test this and see if I am right.

Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

What are your local rules this car was built to? The local home/club group runs a similar hardbody class, but uses H&R, FCR, and brass Pro-Track chassis.

Unfortunately, there hasn't been any NH commercial raceways since 2010.

We run H&R, Protrack and cut-up Womp chassis and have a lot of fun. We keep motors reasonable, so they match the chassis capability pretty good. We run on a King and at our speeds these all run fine. Not a tight, flat home course.

A motor is only as fast as the chassis it's in.

I got a chance to try out the new build!! It's really nice and smooth--ran 5.7's on Blue lane so it should be down around 5.3's on Black!! Really FUN class of cars!!

He built lowered side floating pans that body mounts too which Ready helps in making it handle much better.
