Is it possible to restart a heat over, (and obviously run the whole length of the heat) with SRT?

I can do it easily with my BSRT system, on the King, but have never figured out how to do it on the Fiedler Flat, with SRT.

I don't know how to do it but I know it's possible.  We do it at BPR!

IIRC, BP has SRT on it's flat track.

Who typically race directs those?

Assuming you have a backup file, bail out of the race then:

F1, F1, F1.

Info in Docs Page 46.

Try it by using a backup file you already have, you should be able to restart at any heat.

You lost me at "backup file".

I don't know what or how that pertains.

I guess what I'm saying, is how would I know if I do?

You ought to have had to deal with this stuff already since SRT only runs on old glitchy computers, you're quite lucky, I guess...never having need of the backup file.   :D

F1 at Main menu page to F1 Driver entry page, at bottom of Driver Entry page it says F1 to load backup file.

You should be able to load the last race you held and restart from any heat and of course you could do the same thing during a race to restart a heat.

Thanks, Jim.

I'm 99% sure I figured it out.

Doing a test race, it's just not a lot of F1ing.

In my experience, tonight, I have to F9 and unload the race, otherwise I get the following message;

Thanks again.

Like i said, I've only had the system for 11 years.

I'll probably have another question for you in 2029.

Mike,  I will bring my printed SRT manual for the next race.  You can print one out from the installed program, too.
