If you want the equivalent of a .700" diameter jig wheel, you ÷ .700" by 2,(.350") and add .600" (.950").

You set the jaws of your calipers to .950",lock them, and place the fixture, inside and perpendicular to the jaws.

You loosen the set screws on the piece with the axle hole, and the springs will spread that top fixture to the proper dimension.

You then lock down those top set screws, and it is ready to use (after, of course, repeating with the 2nd block)

That top piece, along with the 3/32" shown, will also be available in 2MM and 1/8".

With having them available to distributors, so raceways can easily buy them, probably a little pricey.

I hope to have the finished product, along with the price, in a few days.
