OK... I'm truly behind the times and I just ran across a YouTube channel where the subject was about China banning ASMR videos... If you don't know what ASMR is, and I didn't until 20 minutes ago, it's a sensation you get just before sleeping (I call it the "warm & fuzzies") and there are videos that promote that. They are popular. I guess the Chinese Communist Party feels threatened by ASMR. Some videos are scalp massages, some are just whispering nonsense, and then there's this one that run 8 hours!

And people complain America is screwed up? I will always say that even though America is screwed up, it's still the best screwed up place to be!

Yes... I agree... and every April 15th while I silently complain about our tax system and the *shite* the government spends my money on, I also give thanks to where I am, at what time in human history, and to all those who made it possible. There are better places to be (it's all relative) but this is home and home is where the heart is.
