As always, KVP, big thanks.
Rowdy has already made a generous lunch donation.
About the the you posted, Tracy Chin called and informed me he is coming.
So with him and Dale Yamashita in attendance, we should wind up having a real Fiedler Flat, hootenanny.

Three new Dominator chassis tested out well on the “home” track yesterday.
Getting excited to head back to Chicago.
A motor is only as fast as the chassis it's in.

I don't know what criteria Dom was thinking about, but how about the highest finishing racer with the name of Raisin?
Posted 06 October 2018 - 10:26 AM
If that is the criteria, I official have changed my name to "Raisin" then!!!

I'll do a random draw during lunch on Sunday.
I'll just have to remember to add the sheets of anyone who raced on Friday or Saturday, but not on Sunday.

On Friday, I did the most sanding, I ever have, sanding over every section joint, (including finding one exiting the finger on Red that really needed work), and sanding exits in quite a few turns, especially Black in the Donut, and Red in the Lead-on, to try to keep cars off of touching the walls.I cleaned the track last night, and started to sand the turns.
I'll continue to sand the turns, today, and replace some braid, and get it sprayed tonight for the Hardbody guys getting ready for the Mid American Hardbody National Championship, this weekend.
That should rubber up the track real nice, and I don't plan to clean it before guys start practicing for the Sano, on Tuesday.

I changed the title on the thread.
Been busy today, but some quick highlights.
Dale Y running 5.1, with an F1, his first time out, on the unique Fiedler Flat.
Howie running a 4.78 in Can Am on the Flat, to go with a 4.76 yesterday, while Howie and I both ran 4.80, with a real nice Rowdy built Can Am.
Blue, on the King, needed a big braid replacement in the lead-on, which I did before a quick run to the post office and dinner.
In the meantime, on Orange, Howie ran 4.93 with his Dominator Stocker, and a 4.307, with a Bartos Can Am.
Howie, also, needed only 2 laps, to put down a 4.34, with a new Bartos Can Am, of Tracy Chin's.
I saw Dale run low 5.0's, with his Stocker, knocking down the Bank, on White.
Probably the most impressive time, so far, was Dale putting down a 4.35, on White, with his Bartos F1.
As a reference, Willy TQ'ed Stocker with a 5.038, and F1, with a 4.296, last year.
And 4.338 got the last A Main sitout, in Can Am, last year.

Blue came in nicely.
Howie ran 4.41 with his F1, and after over a dozen 4.30's, 31's, 32's and 33's, ran a 4.298 with his Can Am.
Dale making a minimal effort, went 4.322, on Orange, with a Can Am.
