Special thanks to all the racers that made the trip to this event to make it a memorable one and for supporting Retro racing.

Thank you to all of our sponsors (Bartos Racing Products, Dominator Chassis, JK Products, Paw Braid, Samson Classics, Ultimate Racing Products) that donated so many great prizes and giveaways.

The pictures came out great. It was awesome having so many out of state racers come in for the event, and its impressive how quickly they all got up to speed. Hopefully we can do it again next year.

It was a fun couple days of racing.

I'm glad to see racers participate and support this race.

Ed works hard at providing racers with a raceway for all of us. I don't know how he has the time to do so!

Thank you, Ed.

I didn't see many of the normal GRRR guys here. Why is that? Are they scared they can't race with the fast guys? Heck, I even raced with them.

Actually looking at the past GRRR results we weren't missing that many GRRR racers. The ones that missed the race had legit reasons for not being able to attend.

Overall we had a great attendance for our first event; it can only grow from here on out.

Sorry I had to miss this one, it looks like a great race; there will always be another. Family comes before slot cars.

I hope to see you guys at P1. All depends on what happens in the next week.

My understanding is that there were only one or two regulars that showed up from the other tracks that participate in GRRR. It's disappointing to know there were racers flying and driving across the country, and semi-local racers weren't willing to make a two-hour drive. They missed out on a great time.

Thank you, Ed, for the awesome hospitality. You really put a lot of work into making this race a great experience.

I had an awesome time. Great to see guys making the trip to race with us FL guys. For the most part we are cut off from the rest of the slot world so we really appreciate everyone who came to race. We had 25 racers at the enduro two months ago and it is a bit of a bummer we didn't have more participation from some of the FL racers.

The competition at the top was best it's been in FL in years, hopefully we can continue to grow it next year

I appreciate the effort that went into this very nice race report! Cool to see some of the racers I met at Slotcar Raceway and Hobbies when I visited Jacksonville, FL. Cool to put faces to names I see on Slotblog, too.

Definitely one of the toughest Retro races I have ever been in. Florida does not play around when it comes to speed. I am going be faster next time!

Thanks for the event, Ed. It was great.

Thank you, Ed and Elaine Hoffman, for a great race and a fine facility.

I had a great time and saw some of the best racers in the country battle.

It was great to meet some new folks and see some I don't see often. Dennis Samson from California is a nice guy and by far traveled the longest distance to the race.

I am looking forward to doing it again next year and hope to see some of the big guns from the northeast make the trip down.

A good-looking race report, too.

This race was a very big success for Ed and Elaine Hoffman. Hopefully Ed can do this again next year. Unfortunately for me, my health and other family issues kept me from attending this event.

Congrats to Ed and Elaine and also to all of the race winners; you are the best.
