Swiss was born the same year I was, so maybe I understand his personality better than most.

To some, he comes across as a "know it all;" perhaps a little rough on the edges.

My first phone conversation with Swiss, quote:

"I'm eating a sandwich right now, let me call you back."

I quickly found out he wasn't putting me off at all. He did call me back and he did help me 100%.

Swiss speaks the truth straight as a spear, talks the talk and walks the walk.

He sets the bar height as an example of track owner and a businessman.

I wish him a happy birthday and I wish our hobby had a thousand more guys like him :clapping:

Happy B'Day to a great force in our hobby - one of a few long term track owners, innovator, mentor, etc.

Happy birthday to one of the grand old curmudgeons in the hobby! And I mean that as a compliment... LOL...

Pablo, so you and Swiss were born the same year? That explains a lot!

1955 is Year of the Wood Goat in the Chinese Zodiac. Both Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were born under that sign, you should know.
