In the early to mid-1960's my father Jack Jaccodie and my mom, Joyce owned and operated a slot car track on Rt 9 in Howell, NJ. My father built the track and had many Indy racers coming in to race. Wally Dallenbach was one of the racers that I remember.

Does anyone remember this track or my dad? Any photos or memories from this would be greatly appreciated.

I know the shop closed after someone ran their car through the storefront pretty much destroying everything, but I don't have dates as I was very young (possibly 4-years-old or so) but do remember the track, the cars, the racers. It was all very exciting to me.

Thanks for any information you may have.

My Daughter just bought house in Howell. Surprised no replies to this. Some one said there was a track on rt 9 Freehold in burlington coat factory shopping center. Thia was called the Freehold mall before they built the Freehold Raceway Mall. Could this have been your Dads?
