If that motor is a Dyna-Rewind, maybe not.

What gives you the idea this motor might be a Dyna-Rewind? No motor sticker appears to be on the can & no epoxied windings show through the two shim holes.   When I look at the motor, the endbell doesn't appear to be properly attached to the can. The chassis soldering is rough, maybe done with a gun or too little heat. The basic chassis design is good, if executed more cleanly.

That might be an early Tony P frame, also.

Who knows?

IMO, you get a little too worked up on the prices, etc, and stuff like the below.

Trust me, i'm not worked up about eBay prices. But I will point out things that don't seem right. For instance, this afternoon I PM'd a seller who was selling a car with a 1/24 Chaparral body on a Parma Int. 32 chassis. I'll often drop a comment  "here & there" in the forum just to see who responds to give me some idea of who's looking at the forum. Many off the forum views Greg quoted the other day are my own made while attempting to kept the forum updated.

You can really make a definitive determination that the arm isn't epoxies, from those 2 tiny slits?

A seller should supply some info about the provenance of the piece. Without that, there is no real support for a high asking price. Again,

most sellers throw a price up there and hope someone will pay it. Quality of construction is no proof of who built it. My earliest chassis

were just plain crap. And I suspect that the early attempts by even the most famous builders were much the same. That being true,

some early pieces from a known builder could be valuable from a historical point of view. Anyone purchasing a piece on E-Bay should

require some verification, otherwise he could be buying a fake. And I hate to see that in any arena. And yes, it is certainly the buyer's

choice to buy or not. Our opinions, if we have no real info, are of no importance.
